  3. I really wish I was able to participate this time around, but unfortunately, I'm unable to. I'm literally interested in all of those books you mentioned, too! :D I only own A Mad, Wicked Folly so far though. Good luck with the readathon, Mel - hope you have fun and happy reading. :)

  4. That's a great looking list of debut authors! I'm totally down with these types of read-a-thons because noobs deserve love too. Red Rising is slowly inching its way up my to-read list. As for the rest... we shall see! Good luck with your goals, Melanie.

  5. Red Rising: Ooh I'm interested in what you'll have to say about this one, Mel! I didn't manage to finish it because it wasn't my thing, but a lot seem to love it!
Stitching Snow: I bought this one in HB the other day because it looks so freaking gorgeous, I hope it's just as good on the inside!
Ask Again Later: ERMAHGERSH THIS BOOK. You are in for a treat, I'm telling you. *wink wnk*
Far From You: I have this one on my shelves--heard it's fantastic!

I hope you have fun reading all these, girl! <33

I didn't read any of the books from your list.
From 2014 debuts I would recommend: Cruel Beauty, Stolen Songbird, Crown Of Ice, ...

  9. I wish I could join in, but I don't have any debuts left that I'm really interested in that were released this year, that I know of :P But a huge YES to Far From You! It's a standout for me for sure :)

  10. I've signed up as well and am currently tracking some down at the library. I own Far From You, but have yet to read it. I hope to soon though! A Mad Wicked Folly and Ask Again Later both so great. If you do read them, I'd be interested to see what you think of them.

I'm not sure if you've read them yet, but I highly recommend 17 First Kisses (it's received mixed opinions, but I personally loved it!) and Open Road Summer (read this a little while ago and was so glad I read it before the year ended. All the hype is well deserved!). Happy reading!

I've had some great things about Red Rising, though I still haven't read it yet. Also Gates of Thread and Stone looks amazing. Anyhow, I hope you have a lot of fun reading them all!

  14. I completely LOVED Red Rising, although it takes a while to get off the ground it just gets super epic. It's like a Sci-fi version of Troy! Good luck with this readathon, it looks like fun!
